Set up or change an Email account in OUTLOOK
1) Go to: Tools > Email Accounts
2) If you are adding an account select "Add a new e-mail account" and click next
3) If you are Changing an account select "View or change", click next and skip to steep 5
4) Select POP3 and click next
5) Fill in the fields as in the example below
On net Users (i.e. customers that use Reveal Systems or users that do not travel with their PC) use:
smtp.revealsystems.net as the outgoing SMTP mail server, click next, and you're done.
Off net Users (i.e. customers that DO NOT use Reveal Systems or users that travel with their PC) use:
securesmtp.revealsystems.net as the outgoing SMTP mail server. (You may alternativley use your ISP's SMTP Server)
Additionally off net Users must:
Click "more Setting", Select the outgoing server tab, and fill it in as in the example below (please call the helpdesk for the password 303.500.1129), Click OK, Next, and you're done
