Set up or change an Email account in OUTLOOK EXPRESS

1) Go to: Tools > Accounts



2) If you are adding an account select "Add "

If you are editing an account highlight it and select "Properties" (skip to steep 4)


3) Fill in the fields as in the example below

On net Users (i.e. customers that use Reveal Systems or users that do not travel with their PC) use:
smtp.revealsystems.net as the outgoing SMTP mail server, click next.

Off net Users (i.e. customers that DO NOT use Reveal Systems or users that travel with their PC) use:
securesmtp.revealsystems.net as the outgoing SMTP mail server click next. (You may alternatively use your ISP's SMTP Server)

Fill in the fields as in the example below and click next.

Additionally off net Users must: Highlight their account and click "Properties".


Select the server tab, Select "My server requires Authentication" and click Settings

Fill it in as in the example below (please call the helpdesk for the password 303.500.1129). Click Ok and you're done

4) Fill it in as in the example below

On net Users (i.e. customers that use Reveal Systems or users that do not travel with their PC) use:

Off net Users (i.e. customers that DO NOT use Reveal Systems or users that travel with their PC) use:
securesmtp.revealsystems.net as the outgoing SMTP mail server, Select the server tab, Select "My server requires Authentication" and click Settings. (You may alternatively use your ISP's SMTP Server)

Fill it in as in the example below (please call the helpdesk for the password 303.500.1129). Click Ok, Ok again and you're done
